"Decent jacket, but I felt a bit stupid after"
I bought a jacket from Tiso and, to be fair, it turned up fine and there weren’t any problems with the order itself. The quality seems good enough, but the price felt a bit steep for what it actually was.
A few days later I saw the exact same jacket cheaper somewhere else, which made me feel a bit stupid for just trusting I was getting a fair deal. It’s still a decent shop, but I’d definitely compare prices first next time.

"Return was straightforward"
The return process was easy enough, and I got the email confirmation/receipt right away. The refund came through without any issues, so overall it was fine.

"Good gear, just a bit pricey"
Not gonna lie, the quality feels really solid and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. It’s just a little on the pricey side for what it is

"Delivery was a bit of a letdown"
My order ended up arriving later than expected, and the updates along the way weren’t very clear. I reached out to support and got replies along the lines of “it should be on the way soon” and “thanks for your patience,” but it didn’t really tell me much. Not the worst experience ever, just a bit frustrating when you’re waiting around and don’t know what’s happening.

"Really helpful customer service"
Had a little issue and thought it might be a hassle to sort out, but to be fair, the customer service team dealt with it really quickly. Super helpful and friendly too, so thanks for getting it fixed so fast.
